How can my business offer financing to customers or suppliers on our existing platform using GLDB’s embedded finance solutions?

Business Loan’s interest rates are dependent on your financing duration and the credit standing of your business. Interest rates start from 8.35%.



Besides interest, the Bank will impose an upfront Facility Fee against the credit limit granted, starting from 2%. Other fees and charges, such as late fee, default interest and prepayment fee, will accordingly apply.

Are interest rates and fees fixed?

For collateral-free Business Loan, you can apply online by going to the Bank’s website <a href="https://www.glbank.com">https://www.glbank.com</a> select the “Open Account / Apply Loan” button (on the top right-hand corner of the website) and follow the on-screen instructions. Please ensure that you have the relevant document before proceeding with your application.

How do I apply for financing with GLDB?

For Business Loan applied online, the typical processing turnaround time is between 1 to 3 business days. This is subject to the Bank receiving the required documents and information, the relevant applicant’s personnel furnishing the necessary Credit Bureau Singapore’s consent and completing identity verification.

How long do financing applications take to be approved?

Not necessarily. Different banks assess financing applications using different criteria. GLDB focuses on serving growing businesses with operational and trade-related needs, including Micro, Small &amp; Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and companies operating across supply chains.

I’ve been rejected for a loan by another bank. Does this mean GLDB will reject me too?

A Current or Multicurrency Account will only be required before the financing is made available to you, to facilitate the disbursement of the fund and for the purpose of facilitating periodic repayments and full financing amount taken.

Do I need to open a Current Account with GLDB before I apply for a loan?

What types of financing does GLDB offer?

GLDB offers Business Loans which are term loans of up to SGD 300K. Business Loans are unsecured in nature (i.e. no collaterals are required apart from personal guarantees).

How can I view and download the e-advice?

There are three user types:



Maker: Individuals appointed by your company to initiate transactions. Authorizer: The only individuals permitted to authorize online transactions on behalf of your company. Administrator: Individuals authorized by your company to modify the access rights, manage non-financial users’ access to GLDB Digital Banking, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

What are the user types in GLDB Digital Banking?

The Company Administrator can add new user(s) and grant the user(s) with relevant access right:



Step 1: Log in to GLDB and go to Company Administration Step 2: Choose Manage Company Users’ Accounts Step 3: Click on Add （or Create） New Users Step 4: Complete the details for all sections Step 5: Launch your mobile token to authenticate the request

How can I add new user?

As Company Administrator (CA), you can perform the following steps to modify user (s) rights or deactivate users for your company.



To modify user’s access right: Step 1: Login and go to Company Administration Step 2: Choose Manage Company Users’ Accounts Step 3: Under the list of Company Users > click on the 3 dots (next to email address) to modify or deactivate [cancellation] user access rights Step 4: Follow instruction on screen to complete the submission. Step 5: Launch GLDB Mobile App, click TC Step 6: Enter your 6 digits personalized PIN to go through the authentication process.

How can I view, edit, or delete a user’s details?

The Company Administrator (CA) can perform the following steps to grant or modify user access right to perform transactions.



Step 1: Go to Company Administration module Step 2: Choose Manage Company Users’ Accounts Step 3: Under the list of Company Users &gt; click on the 3 dots, next to the email address Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the submission. Step 5: Launch GLDB Mobile App, click TC (Transaction Code) Step 6: Enter your 6 digits personalized PIN and go through the authentication process.

How do I grant or modify user’s access rights?

To add a new Company Administrator (CA) or removal of any CA, please complete the attached Account Maintenance Form and submit the form to GLDB.



Please ensure that the form is properly completed and duly signed by the Company authorized personnel. Do note that the authorized signatory is the director (s) as per the Board Resolution.

How do I add or remove a Company Administrator?

Authorization Control Mode refers to the access permissions or user role granted to users and allow them to perform transaction in digital banking, such maker, authorizer or both.

What is authorization control mode?

The Company Administrator (CA) can modify the authorization settings in digital banking to single, dual, or multiple control modes. However, for custom or complex authorization mode, the customer must submit an Account Maintenance Form to GLDB for setup.



The authorization control is defaulted to Dual Control. If the company has only a single maker and approver to perform internet banking transactions, he/she will need to change the Authorization set-up mode from Dual Control to Single Control.



Step 1: Log in Digital Banking > Go to Company Administrator module. Step 2: Select > Manage Authorization Setup Step 3: Click on Modify Authorization Mode Step 4: Select the Single Control Mode Step 5: Launch GLDB Mobile App and go through the authentication process Step 6: Log out and log in again

How can I modify the authorization control mode?

The appointed Company Administrator can add sub account.



Step 1: Log in Digital Banking. Go to Company Administrator Module Step 2: Select Manage Company’s Accounts &gt; Click on Account Opening Step 3: Enter Account details, access right and assign account to user. Click Next Step 4: Tick the &#8221; Accept Terms and Conditions&#8221; and click Submit Step 5: Launch the GLDB mobile App&gt; Select TC -&gt; enter Personalized Mobile Pin) Step 6: Authenticate the transaction by following the prompts in the app and through digital banking. Step 7: Once completed successfully, the new account will appear on the Account Management Page.

How do I create a new sub-account?

GLDB&#8217;s default limit per transaction for fund transfer is defaulted at SGD$200,000. Customers are given the option to modify the limit.



To modify the transfer limit: Step 1: Log in Digital Banking. Go to Company Administrator Module Step 2: Click on Manage Company’s Accounts Step 3: Click on the 3 dots at the right side of the row &gt; select Modify Step 4: Enter your preferred Transfer Limit and click &#8220;Next&#8217; Step 5: Launch GLDB mobile App&gt; Select TC -&gt; enter Personalized Mobile Pin) Step 6: Authenticate the transaction by following the prompts in the app and through digital banking. Step 7: Once completed successfully, the new limit will take effect.



Kindly be informed that Modification of Transfer Limit to above SGD 2 million, the request will be routed to the bank for approval.

How do I modify the transfer limit?

Once you have successfully set up your Digital Token and completed the 12-hour cooling period, follow these steps:

<li>Enter your Org ID, email address, and Temporary Password (provided in your Pin Mailer)</li>

<li>For first time login, you will be prompted to change password</li>



<li>Once your password changed, login with your updated credentials</li>

How to set up Digital Banking?

The Company Administrator can modify the authorisation control mode and grant the access right.



Step 1: Log in Digital Banking. Go to Company Administrator Module Step 2: Click on [Modify Authorization mode] and change from Dual to Single Control mode Step 3: Launch GLDB mobile App and select TC to complete the authentication Step 4: Go back to Company Administrator Module &gt; Manage Company Users’ Account Step 5: Click on the 3 dots at the right side of the row &gt; select Modify Step 6: Go to Access Right &gt; tick the Maker box &gt; then scroll all the way down &gt; click on Submit Step 7: Launch GLDB mobile App&gt; Select TC -&gt; enter Personalised Mobile Pin) and authenticate the transaction Step 8: Log out and log in again.

I am the only user in Digital Banking. How do I grant permission for myself?

The Company Administrator will need to grant access right before the user can perform any transactions.



To grant access right: Step 1: Log in Digital Banking. Go to Company Administrator Module. Step 2: Select Manage Company Users’ Account. Step 3: Click on the 3 dots at the right side of the row of the user > select Modify Step 4: Go to Access Right > tick the Maker box > then scroll all the way down > Click on Submit Step 5: Launch GLDB mobile App> Select TC -> enter Personalized Mobile Pin Step 6: Go through the authenticate process and follow the instructions from the App and digital banking.

How can I grant a user permission to perform transactions in digital banking?

Digital Mobile Token is a mobile app used to authenticate logins and authenticate transactions. One Time Password or Dynamic Password is generated directly from their mobile banking app.

What is “Digital Mobile Token”?

Download GLDB&#8217;s Digital Banking App from Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), and follow the step-by-step instructions provided on screen.

Where do I get the GLDB digital authentication token?

Upon successful account opening, the Company Administrator will receive the encrypted PIN Mailer by email and SMS OTP. There are two steps you need to complete before you can access online banking.



Step 1:

<li>Tap &#8220;Start&#8221; to set up the Digital Token.</li>



<li>Retrieve your login credentials from the PIN MAILER (found in your email and SMS).</li>



<li>Enter your Org ID, Email Address and Temporary Password.</li>



<li>Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, followed by the OTP sent to your registered email address.</li>



<li>Create your 6- digit Personalized Digital Token PIN</li>

Step 2:



After a 12- hour cooling period, please go to GLDB website > Log in > Digital Banking and completed your first-time login using the same PIN Mailer details.

How do I set up digital token?

At any given time, only one device can be bound to the mobile digital token. You can only use one device to access or manage the token, and it cannot be linked to multiple devices simultaneously.

Can I set up the mobile digital token on multiple devices?

Yes, if you already have a valid token setup successfully in a device, you can bind additional company profiles to the same token.

Can I bind multiple companies to my existing token?

In the event, if customer lost one of the mobile devices, the user could download GLDB app and set up the mobile in the new phone. Once this is completed, the old device will be deactivated.

What should I do if I lost my mobile device with GLDB digital token?

How do I check the FX rate for the day?

There are no handling fees but please do note that Currency exchange rate is per the Bank’s prevailing FX rate which is a spread over the published interbank rate.

Are there any handling fees for currency exchange in Digital Banking?

For same-day value currency exchange, please submit the completed and signed form to your Relationship Manager by 12 noon.

What information do I need to share with my payers when they need to send money to me?

1. Log in to your online digital banking. 2. Select Payment &amp; Transfers, click on Local Fund Transfers. 3. Enter the recipient&#8217;s bank and account details, key in the amount. 4. Review and confirm the transactions using your mobile token authentication.



Once completed, your transfer will usually be processed withing the same business day, depending on the bank cut-off time.

How do I make a local transfer?

MEPS+ payment is S$20 is per transaction.

What are the service charges for MEPS+ transactions?

We do not provide GIRO or PayNow facilities. You may refer to our website <a href="https://www.glbank.com">https://www.glbank.com</a> for the services that we offer and submit your application online if you wish to an open a bank account with us.

Can GLDB account receive or send payments via GIRO or PayNow?

The cut-off time for Local fund transfer 4pm. Transactions submitted before/4pm on a business day shall be processed within the same business day.



For transactions submitted 4pm onwards or on a non-business day (weekends / holidays) shall be processed on the next business day. The exact time to receive the funds will depend on the participating banks and their internal processing times.



MEPS+ operates on weekdays. You can make transfers via &#8220;&#8221;MEPS+” on business day from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm excluding Singapore public holidays.

What is the cut-off time for local fund transfers?

Please follow these steps to setup the scheduled payments for local transfer. Step 1: Log in Digital Banking >Payments &amp; Transfers > Select Local Fund Transfers Step 2: Input all the required details in Section A, B &amp; C. Step 3: Select a future date in “Date of Transfer” under Section C. Step 4: Tick the checkbox “Make this a recurring transfer” and choose the Recurrence Pattern and Number of Occurrences. (Note: If the number of occurrences is not defined, the recurrence pattern will not end). Step 5: Review payment entry and submit for approval. Step 6: Go to Manage Scheduled / Recurring Transfers to view a list of scheduled payments.

How can I create a scheduled payment?

You can cancel the Scheduled payments via Digital Banking.  To do so, you may apply the following steps: Step 1: Log in Digital Banking Step 2: Go to Manage Scheduled / Recurring Transfers Step 3: Select the scheduled payment and click cancel. Review the entry and submit for approval. Step 4: Launch GLDB Mobile App, click TC (Transaction Code） Step 5: Enter your 6 digits personalized PIN and go through the authentication process.

How do I cancel the scheduled payment?

Are there minimum balance requirements for GLDB accounts?

The set-up cost may vary depending on the company set-up. Account opening fee will start from SGD$1,000 and with a SGD$500 step up with each layer of unwrapping the corporate structure.
